This position is offered in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort and safety of your space. Our flexible work environment promotes work-life balance with a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while also accommodating the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to treat individuals, families, and couples.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address common mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and relevant community resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential health records, adhering to relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and various professional development activities to enhance your skills.

• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health therapy to provide the best care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds with a range of mental health conditions. The telehealth setting empowers clients by providing easier access to mental health care, making it an integral part of how we deliver services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Demonstrable ability to carry out mental health assessments and create effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a variety of demographics.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients.

• Ability to navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth role or remote counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
