Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, recognizing their strengths and areas for development.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients.

• Keep detailed clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements, which includes maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

• Engage in reflective supervision and team meetings aimed at professional growth, skill enhancement, and sharing best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical settings providing mental health care, particularly through telehealth platforms.

• Proficiency in different assessment methodologies and the ability to create effective therapeutic interventions that reflect best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
