Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions via live video meetings, focusing on individual adults facing various mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to create a comprehensive treatment plan for each client, ensuring holistic care.

• Utilize automated tools for symptom self-assessment and monitor clients’ progress through functional improvement and goal tracking metrics.

• Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, client feedback, and consultation with team members to enhance efficacy and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Currently possess an independent licensure to practice as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist, with at least one year of post-licensure experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
