Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma recovery, and grief. Counselors will engage with individuals from different backgrounds and ages, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington State Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
