Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, enabling you to connect with clients through cutting-edge teletherapy platforms. You will conduct sessions from your home and will not have any on-call responsibilities, allowing for a structured work-life balance. We value flexibility, so you have the ability to create your own schedule during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing live video conferencing to ensure a secure and interactive therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create holistic treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automated tools for symptom self-assessment, functional improvement, and goal tracking to inform and adapt treatment interventions accordingly.

• Engage in ongoing professional dialogue with colleagues and receive support and consultation as needed to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse adult population, providing care to individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes those with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, thereby requiring a culturally responsive approach to treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year.

• Willingness to treat all populations and a strong commitment to practicing culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
