Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will collaborate with couples, implementing therapeutic techniques to guide joint and individual sessions effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing relationship dynamics and conflicts.

• Providing individual therapy sessions focused on personal growth and development.
\n
• Treating a range of issues, including but not limited to family conflicts, trauma, grief, substance abuse, and communication challenges.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, utilizing tools and methodologies to achieve positive outcomes.

• Regularly documenting client progress and maintaining confidential records in compliance with state regulations.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will play a pivotal role in the healing of various client demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents. The primary focus areas will encompass:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the ideal candidates will have experience working in diverse clinical settings, demonstrating a flexible approach to treatment, and a strong ability to adapt to clients’ varying needs. Newly licensed and experienced candidates alike are welcome to apply. A minimum of 30 hours of availability per week is preferred to ensure optimal service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
