Work Environment\n

This remote position is designed to offer flexibility while delivering impactful mental health support in collaboration with schools. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required based on client needs and availability. This role allows for integration into school settings, facilitating direct interactions with students, parents, and staff in virtual capacities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses, developing individualized treatment plans to support clients' mental health journeys.

• Foster collaborative relationships with other team members to achieve shared goals, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary teamwork.
