Your Role as an Associate Supervisor As a supervising clinician, you will guide associate‑level therapists in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based teletherapy services to youth while ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate‑level therapists. Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards. Use tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal client outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care. Supervise during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and weekends) as needed. Desired Qualifications Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Minimum of one year experience providing clinical supervision to associate‑level therapists. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work during peak supervision demand times. Preferred: bilingual in Spanish or another language. Preferred: experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities. Preferred: background in school settings or collaboration with educational institutions.
