Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a work-life balance. Full-time therapists maintain a caseload that allows for both personal growth and professional satisfaction, with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each client receives the attention and care they deserve.

• Utilize your creativity to design innovative interventions, helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals and foster long-term recovery.

• Document each session meticulously according to company policies, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews, to monitor client advancements and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic support network for clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

• Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to clients' needs and adapting to their feedback to enhance the therapeutic experience.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate challenges involving addiction, relationship dynamics, and family systems, all within a compassionate and supportive framework.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
