Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students identified as experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to conduct brief screenings and facilitate comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement individualized care plans that coordinate services among clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients’ presenting issues and emotional needs, focusing on empowerment and choice.

• Participate as an active team member, contributing to shared goals through collaborative efforts and mutual respect for diverse beliefs and practices.

• Monitor ongoing client care needs through regular assessments, ensuring timely interventions and appropriate case management.

• Engage in crisis intervention as required, utilizing established protocols to ensure client and community safety.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments to fulfill compliance and administrative requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to an attractive benefits package.
