Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a full-time contract role near Arlington, TX. Focus on fostering clear communication and social confidence for young learners on an elementary caseload, with opportunities to mentor and supervise SLPAs at an elementary campus. This position emphasizes hands-on collaboration and skill development within a school-based setting.

In this role, you’ll primarily serve two elementary campuses, guiding 70–80 students per campus and supporting student progress in speech-language development. The position is likely itinerant, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of students and educators while broadening your professional expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold or be eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience required
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Texas
• Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) preferred
• Ability to handle an elementary-aged caseload with flexibility and compassion
• Comfortable working in an itinerant capacity across campuses
• Please note: This position does not involve teletherapy (No Voco)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs at assigned elementary campuses
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Engage proactively in problem-solving for student needs across campuses
