Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings for clients, identifying individual mental health needs and determining appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that align with each client's specific goals and challenges, focusing on sustainable and effective outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to develop an integrated care approach that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and the therapeutic process, providing support and guidance through their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive information.
