Work Environment

This role is onsite, meaning that you will travel to patients' homes across the Los Angeles area to provide therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations within their home environments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and various therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress towards rehabilitation goals, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on home exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies to promote independence.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices through professional development courses, workshops, and literature.
• Collaborate effectively within our multi-disciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care and achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range across all age groups and diagnoses, including post-operative recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist at Range, you will encounter a mix of patients with varying needs, enabling you to utilize a broad spectrum of therapeutic skills. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist (DPT) is a must.

Compensation and Benefits
