Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and trauma-informed care.

• Regularly evaluate and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive, client-centered approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessment and safety planning for clients in acute distress.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at enhancing coping strategies and community connection.

• Document clinical outcomes and maintain accurate records in adherence with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates to client progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
