Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive counseling services aimed at fostering growth and progress towards client goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Ensure all delivered services adhere to the highest standards of care, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, fulfilling all necessary compliance and certification obligations.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, participating in regular consultations to discuss client cases and share insights effectively.

• Document all client interactions and case notes meticulously, maintaining accurate records to support effective treatment and care planning.

• Support clients in developing essential life skills, such as meal planning, shopping, and cooking, equipping them for greater autonomy in their daily lives.

• Monitor and assess client behavior and mood, implementing agency safety protocols while acting as a reliable role model.

• Provide medication reminders and assist clients with medication adherence, ensuring they are aware of their prescriptions and the importance of compliance.

• Assist clients with transportation to medical appointments as needed, and guide them on utilizing public transport effectively.

• Ensure clients have access to necessary household supplies, responding promptly to their needs and coordinating the acquisition of these resources.

Qualifications\n
