Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, specifically focusing on the emotional and relational challenges that arise during the rehabilitation phase.

• Perform stringent comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ relational dynamics, emotional difficulties, and rehabilitation objectives. Utilize this information to create tailored treatment plans that address both mental health aspects and rehabilitation goals.

• Apply family systems theory and a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills, conflict resolution, and coping strategies among clients and their families.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic approaches aimed at holistic client recovery.

• Provide timely support and crisis intervention when clients face acute emotional distress, guiding them through particularly challenging times in their recovery journey.
