Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, which provides a comfortable, flexible environment to deliver therapeutic services. However, the counselor will primarily operate through our outpatient office model and may also participate in teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs and conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate their mental health status.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Utilize a variety of tailored therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and comprehensive treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Well Path, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Your expertise will help guide them through their unique journeys toward emotional wellness and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas is necessary to practice.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in the application of therapeutic techniques.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is vital.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and foster rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance and client outcomes. Well Path offers a sign-on bonus as an incentive for qualified candidates.
