Lee Arnold System is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our sales team in downtown Coeur d’Alene. You’ll work with warm, qualified leads — no cold calling — who have already expressed interest in real estate investing, education, and building their financial future.

Your job is to understand where they are, where they want to go, and whether one of our programs can help them get there.

And yes, this is a sales role. You’ll have goals. You’ll make calls. You’ll follow up. You’ll ask for the sale.

The Income Opportunity

This is a performance-driven sales position with base compensation plus uncapped commission .

Successful Business Development Consultants have the opportunity to earn six figures in their first year.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to build relationships, consistently follow up, close business, and deliver results. There is no cap on commission.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm, qualified leads by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s goals, experience, and challenges
• Recommend Lee Arnold System education, training, and real estate investment solutions based on client needs
• Build trust and strong client relationships throughout the sales process
• Consistently follow up and manage your sales pipeline
• Close sales and work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain accurate client and activity information in HubSpot

Requirements:

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have at least 2 years of sales, business development, customer service, or other relationship-driven experience
• Are comfortable spending a significant part of your day talking with people
• Know how to listen, ask good questions, and move a conversation toward a decision
• Are motivated by goals and performance-based compensation
• Follow up consistently and take ownership of your results
• Can hear “not yet” or “no” without losing momentum
• Are coachable and interested in continually improving your approach
• Thrive in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment

Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
