Key Responsibilities\n

• Efficiently manage crises during therapy sessions, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices in record-keeping and reporting.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic rapport with patients and their families, offering empathy and understanding as you assess risk factors, such as suicidality.

• Oversee the admission assessments and process for new patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while adhering to organizational protocols.

• Participate actively in weekly treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to define and communicate treatment goals effectively.

• Conduct utilization reviews with insurance companies, advocating for necessary authorizations to support patients' ongoing care.
\n
• Ensure accessibility for family members by promptly returning calls and emails within specified timeframes during business hours.
\n
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review and Business Departments for authorization and billing processes, maintaining open lines of communication with referral sources.

• Implement discharge planning from the moment of admission, conducting thorough discharge sessions to ensure patients understand coping strategies and follow-up care.

Your work will focus on a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload effectively, managing time and resources efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
