Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical service to clients both virtually and in person; conducting individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of students experiencing significant mental health challenges.

• Establishing a trusting rapport with students and their families to facilitate open communication and effective treatment planning.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing integrated care plans that address emotional, behavioral, and social needs, alongside educational goals.

• Conducting brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to inform the therapeutic process and adjust interventions as needed.

• Participating in crisis intervention efforts and employing de-escalation techniques to support clients in acute distress.

• Monitoring client progress, facilitating referrals to additional services, and ensuring holistic wraparound support.

• Engaging in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Providing on-call support as necessary and actively participating in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution; a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salinas Behavioral Health offers competitive salaries in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
