Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other relevant modalities.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Participate actively in regular supervision and professional development training, enhancing your skills and staying updated with current research in marriage and family therapy.

• Contribute to a vibrant team culture through active participation in team meetings, case discussions, and community outreach initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support diverse client demographics within the Medford, Oregon area. You will work with individuals facing varied challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our clients come from different backgrounds and walks of life, and your ability to understand and connect with them will be vital in delivering effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapy and developing client treatment plans, demonstrating an understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.

• Comfort and experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not strictly required, experience with specific populations such as LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, or individuals dealing with trauma can be advantageous. Familiarity with culturally sensitive practices and the ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet client needs is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
