Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client based on their unique needs.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families delivered through virtual channels.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest clinical research and mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a wide variety of clients, including adults, teens, and families grappling with mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.
