Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist in the creation and execution of Discharge Aftercare Plans, ensuring continuity of care post-therapy.

• Exhibit competency in serving diverse populations, including children, transitional youth, adults, and geriatric clients, with a focus on their distinct needs.

Qualifications\n
