Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and emotional challenges, paving the way for effective and tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve supporting adults facing a spectrum of emotional challenges and mental health disorders. A strong commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client will be vital in delivering impactful therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification to practice in your state (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, providing hands-on support to individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred, but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require two years of experience in the mental health field, candidates with additional experience, particularly in telehealth settings, are highly encouraged to apply. Skills in crisis intervention and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous in this role.
