Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health needs through thorough assessments to understand their unique situations and create tailored treatment plans.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to define their treatment goals, employing evidence-based methodologies to outline an actionable roadmap to wellness.

• Provide Individual and Group Therapy: Facilitate therapeutic sessions, utilizing various proven techniques to guide clients in overcoming challenges and enhancing their coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Valid copy of malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
