Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and traditional psychotherapy tailored to meet client needs.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise individualized treatment plans, closely monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, exchanging insights and strategies for improved mental health interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for families facing acute challenges, assisting in conflict resolution and stabilization of distressed situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving children and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other emotional disturbances. Through empathetic engagement and tailored therapeutic approaches, you will play a critical role in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve communication, and foster resilience within their family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of Washington as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting, specifically working with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
