Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances, both in-person and via telehealth.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and develop targeted treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of diverse client populations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, ensuring all care plans are integrated and focused on client-centered outcomes.

• Monitor and document progress on client treatment goals, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Assist in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage high-stress situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with under-served populations experiencing various mental health issues, emphasizing cultural competence and respect for diverse backgrounds. Clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
