Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a comprehensive range of outpatient mental health services, focusing on collaboration with patients to develop personalized recovery plans.

• Conduct thorough intakes, and provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement service plans while conducting ongoing reviews and adjustments as needed throughout the treatment process.

• Administer mental health assessments, offer counseling, and connect patients with vital referral resources for additional support.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation, in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
\n
• Prepare and submit reports to various entities, including courts, schools, and community agencies as needed to support patient treatment.
\n
• Engage in follow-up coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, especially for cases involving hospitalization.
\n
• Collaborate with external psychiatric care providers and civic assistance program representatives to facilitate scheduling and comprehensive care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population presenting a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more serious psychological conditions. Your ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life is essential in creating a trusting therapeutic relationship. Additionally, you will support families through counseling, guiding them in understanding and supporting their loved ones during treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current practitioner license through the New York State clinical therapy board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked and experience level.
