This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering critical therapeutic services. The established schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, although some flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet the needs of our patients. In addition to traditional therapy sessions, you will participate in virtual team meetings aimed at enhancing patient care through collaboration and shared insights.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using established evidence-based practices to identify patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adeptly adapting these techniques to suit the unique circumstances of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
