Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients individually through secure video chat sessions, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and mental health challenges.

• Guide clients in self-exploration by encouraging discussions about emotions, thoughts, and experiences to foster personal insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting in the definition of therapeutic goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and treatment plans using our therapist portal, minimizing the time spent on paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are prescreened, stable, and have low acuity, allowing you to provide focused and impactful care. Most clients seek therapy for a variety of issues, including stress management, relationship challenges, and general life transitions. This concentrated client base allows you to implement effective treatment plans that lead to measurable improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid and independent license such as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Proficient in making professional assessments, decisions, and recommendations for implementing treatment plans.
