Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to understand the client’s background, mental health history, and specific therapeutic needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, ensuring a personalized strategy for each individual.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via teletherapy, employing various modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals and enhance overall well-being.

• Document client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, contribute to collaborative case reviews, and discuss treatment strategies.

• Pursue continuous professional development by engaging in training programs, workshops, and obtaining additional certifications relevant to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse client population, focusing on individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate demeanor coupled with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and knowledge of digital health platforms will be highly valued. Counselors who have successfully worked with trauma and anxiety disorders or related fields will find their skills particularly relevant.
