Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' substance abuse history, co-occurring mental health conditions, and comprehensive treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and mental health challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group counseling, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Actively collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care, ensuring that each client's needs are addressed through a collaborative effort.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process to foster support systems that strengthen recovery efforts.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, contributing to quality care and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
