Superior Core Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Clearwater, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient objectives and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring focused and quality care for each individual.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Encourage and motivate patients to adhere to exercise programs and lifestyle modifications that enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through WebPT EMR Software to support organized patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting mobility and function. These may include individuals with sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, or those experiencing pain management issues. The goal is to empower patients by improving their range of motion, strengthening their physical capabilities, and guiding them through rehabilitation that minimizes reliance on medications.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing specific therapeutic exercise programs.
• Proficiency in utilizing WebPT EMR Software for patient documentation and workflow management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload of orthopedic patients.
• Familiarity with home care settings and the unique challenges of providing therapy outside of a traditional clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
