As a Corporate Sales Representative, you'll partner with local employers, chambers of commerce, community organizations, and wellness-focused businesses to create strategic partnerships that drive membership growth and brand awareness across multiple fitness locations. Position Summary The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for driving membership growth through business development, community outreach, corporate partnerships, and local marketing initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who can consistently generate leads, build relationships, execute outreach strategies, and convert opportunities into revenue. Success in this position is measured by the ability to meet and exceed corporate membership goals while expanding the company's presence within the local business community. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and in-person visits. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, chambers of commerce, healthcare organizations, and community groups. Execute local and corporate marketing initiatives across approximately 5–8 assigned club locations. Promote and expand the Corporate Wellness and Perks Program within assigned territories. Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, wellness expos, community events, and corporate functions. Train and support club leadership and staff on corporate sales initiatives, processes, and program execution. Ensure corporate membership programs are properly implemented and supported at the club level. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, partnerships, sales activity, and results within company CRM systems. Identify new partnership opportunities and market expansion initiatives. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through disciplined execution and accountability. Travel regularly throughout assigned territories to support clubs, clients, and community events. What We're Looking For Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, outside sales, field sales, or relationship-based selling. Proven success achieving and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. Competitive, self-motivated, and highly driven personality. Ability to build credibility and develop long-term business relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities. Ability to travel regularly within assigned markets.
