Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video communication to facilitate discussions about emotions, thoughts, and experiences, guiding clients towards better self-understanding and relationship management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of individuals who are pre-screened and stable, ensuring that those you work with generally exhibit low acuity. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent state-issued license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), as provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong evaluation skills to make informed and professional treatment decisions, along with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine, sympathetic disposition to support clients effectively.

• Proficient computer skills for navigating our therapy portal and managing client records efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health facilities and those familiar with teletherapy platforms will be preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and employing a variety of therapeutic methodologies will also be beneficial.
