Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and techniques to establish their therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality while fostering an empathetic and supportive relationship with each client.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and collaborate on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and active licensure as an LMHC , LMFT , or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with varied patient populations and mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
