What Will You Be Responsible For?

Within the 3SE Department, you will develop skills on the following missions:

• Operational waste management:
• Map by zone/sector the waste to make an inventory, descriptions of waste flow
• Design the waste management plan: ensuring, in order of priority, the prevention of waste, their preparation for reuse, their recycling or their valorization.
• Define the indicators to monitor the evolution of waste: tonnage/cost/final outlet channels, …
• Evaluate the non-conformities of sorting over a period to be determined
• Compare the organizations and identify the modifications of the internal organization

• Information on waste at LFB:
• Formalize the approach of reuse/recycling and create the associated supports
• Raise awareness among staff: good reflexes to adopt

• Document management:
• Write / Update waste management procedures
• Write procedures related to the management of environmental accidents/incidents: means implemented to control the identified and analyzed impacts, declaration to the interested internal and external stakeholders

• Risk analysis:
• Update the study of danger of the site.
• Participate in regulatory audits in connection with the ICPE file of the site.
• Create a support allowing the analysis and improvement paths

• Financial part:
• Participate in the writing of a delegated management CDC for a call for tender

What Profile Is Needed For This Opportunity?

Currently in training BAC+ 5, Master with a specialization HSE.

You possess the following skills:

• Autonomy, organization and rigor
• Important sense of communication due to the need to exchange with different interlocutors
• Mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel)

What Are The Working Conditions?

• Position to be filled in alternation starting September 2024
• Desired duration: 24 months
• 35 hours weekly
