Job Opportunity at Tricycle Environnement

We are currently recruiting for Tricycle Environnement to lead and strengthen our recycling activities for end-of-life external joinery. This line, dedicated to the sorting and dismantling of windows from renovation projects, is part of a closed-loop material valorization process (glass, PVC, aluminum, wood). Integrated into the Recyfe network, which brings together sector players, we work directly with eco-organizations Valobat, Valdelia, and Ecomaison. The outgoing flows are directed to our partner outlets: Veka for PVC and Saint-Gobain for glass.

The position also involves managing a field team at our Gennevilliers site, as well as collaborating with BTP clients such as GTM Bâtiment, Bouygues Construction, Demosten, or Colas.

Missions

• Commercial management: receiving requests from clients or eco-organizations in the BTP sector (no prospecting), sometimes visiting projects in Île-de-France to assist with costing, creating quotes.
• Logistics coordination: collecting windows from construction sites (via our trucks or skips), then bringing them to Gennevilliers for material separation.
• Daily supervision of the dismantling of external joinery: direct management of a field team consisting of a foreman and three laborers, optimization of performance, monitoring productivity ratios.
• Management of outgoing flows: evacuation of glass, PVC, aluminum, and wood; checking material conformity; organizing shipments to outlets/partners.
• Technical and financial follow-up: updating dashboards, managing monthly invoicing, evaluating profitability.
• Partnership follow-up: coordination with eco-organizations (Valobat, Valdelia, Ecomaison), networks of companies (Recyfe), and recycling industrialists (Saint-Gobain, Veka, etc.).
• Quality approach: ensuring safety, managing site audits, displaying procedures, enforcing operational standards.
• Continuous improvement: reducing risks, adjusting processes, making material changes for productivity gains.
• Constant adaptation to the schedule and its unforeseen events.

Profile

• Experience in logistics
• Team management, ability to enforce paces and guidelines
• Operational autonomy, ability to arbitrate in real time
• Use of Excel, understanding of performance indicators
• An interest in recycling and the BTP sector would be a plus
• Ability to withstand a construction site environment, firm and functional stance
