Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop individualized therapeutic strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and monitor treatment goals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain informed on the latest research and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on individuals in the detoxification process, many of whom may be facing co-occurring disorders. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients to reach their recovery goals by providing tailored therapeutic support in a safe and compassionate environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or higher.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling or therapeutic settings, ideally in a clinical context.

• Proven ability to apply various therapeutic techniques to address diverse client needs.

• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated experience in team collaboration, successfully working alongside healthcare professionals.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
