This position offers a remote work environment tailored to support your professional practice while engaging with students, families, and colleagues virtually. As part of our Children's Services team, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals who share your commitment to facilitating essential developmental milestones for young children. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families in alignment with established developmental milestones.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to tailor approaches best suited for each child's growth.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are effective and aligned with best practices.
\n
• Provide educational support to families, offering resources, strategies, and tools aimed at enhancing their child’s developmental journey.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices (NLEP) model to deliver interventions in naturalistic settings.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and other team members to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services, safeguarding the health and safety of both staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays and disabilities. Your focus will be to facilitate critical growth in key developmental areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By working closely with families, you will provide holistic support designed to empower them and advocate for their child’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
\n
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing culturally responsive care.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple cases and priorities.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with children, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in early intervention services, particularly with children under the age of three.

• Demonstrated familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
