Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health status and specific needs.

• Design and implement tailored therapy plans that address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, employing evidence-based approaches, and incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and support groups, when appropriate.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously within EHR systems to maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Many of our clients struggle with complex issues such as substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping them navigate their struggles and foster resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic protocols.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
