Baker's Field Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our innovative team in Santa Ana, California. Work Environment

This onsite position offers a collaborative environment, working alongside a passionate team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Other healthcare professionals may also be involved as needed, promoting an integrated approach to patient care. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while accommodating patients with flexible appointment times.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their goals, needs, and functional limitations.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that utilize a variety of advanced treatment techniques to optimize movement and mobility.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring quality care and attention.
• Educate patients on techniques to improve their physical performance while minimizing dependency on medications.
• Implement innovative therapeutic practices, including manual therapy and personalized exercise regimens.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software, including WebPT, to document services and monitor patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to devise multi-disciplinary treatment approaches.
• Track treatment outcomes through regular assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Encourage patients to adhere to wellness programs that focus on enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness.
• Offer consistent motivation and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with orthopedic concerns who require outpatient therapy. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California with no disciplinary actions recorded.

• Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems such as WebPT for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and current rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
