Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual mental health conditions and needs, identifying key areas for growth and treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions (either in person or via teletherapy) focused on promoting personal growth, emotional resilience, and coping strategies.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and client communications to uphold ethical standards and comply with best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training seminars and peer supervision, to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. You will work with individuals from different demographics, ensuring that your approach is culturally competent and sensitive to the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities relevant to the diverse needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from:
