This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll work in a clean, indoor manufacturing facility assembling wall panels, trusses, floors, stairs, and other structural components while learning valuable trade skills.

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you'll work with a team to build high-quality structural components in a fast-paced production environment.

• Assemble wall panels, floor systems, roof trusses, stairs, and other structural components.
• Read and use tape measurements accurately, including measurements down to 1/8 inch.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, table saws, and other production equipment safely and effectively.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to solve production and assembly challenges.
• Participate in training, orientation, and ongoing skill development programs.
• Support production schedules, including overtime as needed.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and pass a tape measure assessment.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience using power tools, nail guns, saws, or similar equipment.
• Experience working with hand and power tools in manufacturing, construction, assembly, or mechanical environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, production-driven environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime, averaging up to 50 hours per week.
• Must provide or purchase required basic tools, including a tool belt, tape measure, and utility knife.

• Framing, carpentry, or general construction experience.
• Blueprint or construction drawing reading experience.
• Truss manufacturing or wall panel assembly experience.
• Assembly line, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 5:00 AM-3:30 PM or 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Approximately 50 hours per week
• Voluntary overtime available on Saturdays

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 4:30 PM-4:30 AM
• Approximately 48 hours per week, including built-in overtime
• Voluntary overtime available on Fridays

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
