CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Location: Austin, Texas Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 plus a generous commission structure. Benefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, Life Insurance, PTO Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer of high-precision cutting tools and machine tool accessories used for CNC machining and metal cutting in Austin, Texas. CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities Work closely with distributors and machine tool partners to build strong relationships and drive growth in your region. Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, arranging meetings, and managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system. Meet with machine tool dealers and builders to discuss new tooling products. Attend tradeshows to network and promote new cutting tools and machine tool accessories. Manage and grow regional distributor performance and develop regional sales strategies. CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Requirements Prior experience selling cutting tools, machine tool accessories or similar products used in CNC machining and metal cutting. A technical background as a CNC machinist / CNC Programmer is highly advantageous. Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
