Be an Expert : Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives the area’s performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training staff. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these practices in business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; sets priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulty, and feedback.
