Carrier Sales

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite), Austin, TX, Dallas TX or St Louis, MO Join a fast-growing, technology-driven third-party logistics provider that combines innovative supply chain solutions with a strong freight brokerage operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in carrier sales within a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Source, develop, and maintain relationships with truckload carriers. Make high-volume outbound calls (80+ per day) to build carrier capacity. Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability. Match available freight with carrier capacity. Monitor shipments and proactively resolve service issues. Track freight documentation and ensure billing accuracy. Research market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing to support sales. Deliver outstanding service to carrier partners while growing the carrier network. What We're Looking For Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
