Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing meaningful, positive relationships rooted in professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, maintain stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and manage discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and routinely reassess individualized treatment plans that center on the client's unique needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and assessments for each client.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to obtain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and backgrounds.

• Engage in weekly individual counseling sessions and participate in regular professional supervision to enhance skills and promote self-reflection.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in Texas, with active credentials effective immediately.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Experience conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and adeptness at using various software tools, including RMS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 with a fee-for-service model that ensures clinicians are compensated ahead of collections—eliminating delays in reimbursement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
