Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at St. Jude, you will have various responsibilities aimed at assessing and promoting the mental wellness of your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and understanding the individual challenges faced by clients.

• Designing and implementing personalized therapy programs, tailored to each patient's unique experiences and needs.

• Collaborating with clients and their families to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring their progress through documented evaluation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will be equipped to handle a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from relationship challenges and depression to anxiety and behavioral issues in younger populations. This exposure allows for a diverse therapy experience while also contributing critical insights toward community mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

• Comfortable and experienced in working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n
