Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a high degree of flexibility and work-life balance. However, therapists will have the option to work from our modern outpatient office located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Our facilities are equipped with the latest digital technology, enabling seamless telehealth sessions alongside in-person appointments when preferred. You will be supported by a full administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Soul Canvas Healing, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations for individuals and couples to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address various familial challenges, including communication difficulties and conflicts among family members.
\n
• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended families, and adjustments to separation or divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster productive and positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• Regularly updating treatment plans and documenting therapeutic progress in alignment with organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily include adults, children, and adolescents. Many of our clients are dealing with complex familial dynamics and mental health challenges, such as traumatic experiences, relationship issues, and co-parenting after divorce. This diverse patient population will allow you to engage in impactful work that contributes to improved family systems and individualized growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
